Serious Accident
Patrick Carton, who is employed at the blue stone quarries on the L.V.R.R., met with a very serious accident Thursday while at work on the new bridge which spans the Loyalhanna creek at that place. He was standing on the bridge when suddenly one of the boards tilted, leaving him fall about twelve feet, fracturing two of his ribs. Dr. Miller, of this place, was in attendance.
