E. J. O'Brian, the engineer for Booth & Flinn is stopping at the Ligonier House. He is engaged in locating a bridge across the Loyalhanna near Baker's station, on the L.V.R.R., to run the cars across the creek to their stone quarries and connect with the L.V.R.R. The bridge is to be strong enough to carry the largest P.R.R. engine.
