A charter was issued yesterday to the Ligonier Coal Company, of Greensburg, with a capital of $5,000 and the following directors: John McFadden (sic) [should be McFadyen], Latrobe; George F. Huff, Greensburg; J. K. Russell, Derry; C. S. Sims, Mount Holly, N.J.; John C. Sims, Philadelphia.
