Trestle and Men Fell
Latrobe, Pa., Oct. 14. (Special.) While Frederick Hall and a fellow workman were engaged in repairing the immense trestle across the Loyalhanna creek at Booth & Flinns blue rock quarries near here this morning, a large portion of the structure gave way. Both men jumped a distance of forty feet to the ground, lighting side by side. A mass of timber fell upon Hall, crushing his right leg into a pulp, while his companion walked away uninjured. Hall was taken to the West Penn Hospital.
