A Peculiar Case

Ezra Nicely, agent and store keeper at Darlington station, was bit a few days ago by a black spider in his head. The bite proved to be quite poisonous to his system, resulting in his body swelling all over. Above his eyes, about his neck and back great rolls swelling up and his flesh becoming blue and purple. His brain became so affected that he lost control of his mental faculties for a time. Under the skillful treatment of Dr. F. G. McKlveen, he is now out of danger.
