Will Issue A Pamphlet
The L.V.R.R. Co. Making Extensive Preparations For The Summer Season Of 1896
The Ligonier Valley R.R. Co. is making preparations to publish a pamphlet which shall set forth the advantages and beauties of Ligonier valley as a desirable place for summer boarders and tourists. The book will be profusely illustrated, containing some of the most attractive and picturesque scenes along the line of the L.V.R.R. and also of landscape and mountain scenes of the valley with cozy nooks and farm residences where summer boarders will be taken and well cared for. The book will also contain much interesting descriptive and historical matter well worthy of perusal. Preparation is now being made for the early publication of the pamphlet. Mr. Sloan the picnic agent of the road is canvassing the valley and taking views and securing names of farmers and others who are willing to entertain summer boarders next season. The names of these people will be published in the pamphlet thus assuring them patronage. Any parties desiring to have their names in the list will call on Mr. Geo. Senft, Supt. Of the L.V.R.R. or leave their names and address at the Echo office. Let everybody do their part in this matter. We should like to see 5,000 summer visitors in the valley next season.
