Ligonier Special
Arrangements have been made with the P.R.R. management by Superintendent Geo. Senft, by which a new special train has been put on the Ligonier Valley Railroad for the accommodation of summer visitors to our valley. The P.R.R. Co. will sell tickets good ten day for Ligonier and return for the Cresson and Ebensburg special train, which runs every Saturday of the summer season. The new train on the L.V.R.R. connects with the Cresson special every Saturday which enables passengers to leave Pittsburgh at 2:50 P.M. and lands them here at 4:35; returning leaves here 8:30 A.M. Monday morning. The fare for the round trip is $2,00 This arrangement will be quite a convenience to city people wishing to spend Sundays of the hot season on our cool refreshing mountain resort.
